UK Orders are shipped to you within 3 days of purchase.
Worldwide delivery times confirmed at the point of order
All commissions once designs and completion dates have been agreed upon by both parties, will be subject to a 30% non refundable deposit which is due before work commences. Upon completion the remaining balance will be due in full on or before delivery or collection. Any other arrangements must be made in writing by both the artist and client. A detailed commission form will be written for you to read and agree/amend before Deborah goes ahead with any work for you.
What if my item arrives broken?
We will, with proof of breakage *replace any broken items within 28 days, however we do need notification of any breakages within 24hrs of signed delivery thank you.
*Reproduction of the piece, refund or alternative by agreement
Payment methods: cash, BACS, debit or credit card.
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase please contact the studio within 5 working days of delivery. You will be requested to return your purchase in the same condition as you bought it.
Note: Sorry return postage isn’t covered.

Workshops & Courses
Confirmation of your booking is sent via email along with course details upon payment of a deposit. The following policy is only to protect you our clients and course bookings which are important to us & to keep the classes running smoothly.
*For cancellations received 28 days or more in advance of your course date – we offer a full refund or one free date change. Cancellations after this will receive one free date change only. Apologies we cannot refund deposits if cancellation is made less than 28 days prior to your course date.
In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled you will be offered an alternative date, class or of course a full refund.
*Student work is ready to collect 1 week after your course day or postage can be arranged. All glass posted is at students own risk & we are not liable for breakage’s although we do pack work very well & students are more than welcome to arrange their own delivery/collection.
