UK Orders are shipped to you within 3 days of purchase. Commissions and installation dates are given at the point of order.

Worldwide delivery times are also confirmed at the point of order.


We are really proud to say that everything always runs smooth with our clients but here’s how we work so you have confidence in starting your own commission. All commissions once designs, samples and completion dates have been agreed upon by both parties are subject to a 30% non refundable deposit which is due before work commences. Upon completion the remaining balance will be due on or before your delivery or collection. We are happy to make other arrangements which can be made in writing by both the artist and client. A detailed commission form will be written for you to amend if needed before Deborah goes ahead with any work for you. You will receive progress of your commission and mid way a few studio photographs to give you an insight into the fascinating process which we find all of our clients enjoy. What if my item arrives broken?

Firstly we pack really, really well and have an excellent track record! However we will, with proof of breakage happily *replace any broken items within 28 days, we do need notification of any breakages within 24hrs of your signed delivery thank you.

Payment methods accepted BACS, debit or credit card.


In the unlikely event you are not happy with your *purchase please contact the studio within 3 working days of delivery. You will be requested to return your purchase in the same condition as you bought it. *Store pieces only, this does not apply to commissions

Workshops & Courses

Confirmation of your booking including details of your class are sent via email upon payment of a deposit. The following policy is only to protect you our clients and our course bookings which are important to us and help to keep the classes running smoothly.

For cancellations made 4 weeks in advance of your class date we will issue you with a full refund of any monies paid or you may request a date change. Your class must be taken within 12 mths of your original booking

Cancellations 2 weeks in advance of your class date, we can offer you 1 date change which can be taken within 12 mths of your original booking

For cancellations 2 weeks in advance of your class we are unable to offer a refund or date change

*Covid – If the Government issues guidlines that affect our classes we will of course issue you with a full refund or your more than welcome to postpone your class. If you have symptoms of Covid please do not attend your class thank you.

Collection & Delivery

Student work is ready to collect 1 week after your class or we can arrange postage to you. All glass posted is at students own risk & we are not liable for breakage’s although we do pack work very, very, very well 🙂 students are more than welcome to arrange their own delivery/collection.

The Silver Zebra does not take any liability for any loss of monies in the result of any class cancellations.

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers unlike many businesses do not have an end date so you can have the piece of mind that they can be redeemed at your leisure. Vouchers cannot unfortunately be exchange for money or refunded but they can be redeemed against all workshops or purchases. Please note workshops are subject to change throughout the year.
